Both Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) involve tapping on specific points on the body while focusing attention on a specific emotion or problem. Each of these processes use tapping points, with some variations in the scaling, algorithms and process. Despite these variations, the overall goal of both methods is to help you overcome negative thoughts and traumatic memories.

EFT/TFT sessions can be used to support other therapies or as stand alone session.
This treatment does not have to be in-person and can be done virtually.
