"Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but when you touch a human soul, be just another human soul."
-C. G. Jung
With over 20 years in the mental health field, I bring a deep well of experience, diverse modalities, and a unique perspective to clinical supervision. I blend traditional therapeutic techniques with spiritual insights, understanding that each client’s journey—and each clinician’s growth—is an interconnected tapestry of mind, body, and spirit.
In supervision, I’m here to support, challenge, and encourage you to explore your own path as a therapist. My approach includes everything from psychodynamic theory to energy work, trauma-informed practices, and beyond. Together, we'll look at how you can grow as a clinician, honour your intuition, and deepen your skills in a way that feels authentic to you. My goal is to create a reflective, open space where we can explore cases, sharpen techniques, and integrate the kind of tools and perspectives that lead to holistic, meaningful healing for clients. Let’s bring out your best, in a way that’s authentic, grounded, and deeply connected to your unique purpose in this work.
If you’re looking to move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches and embrace a truly integrative practice, we may be a great fit to journey together. In our supervision, we’ll tap into your authentic, intuitive wisdom, blending mind, body, and spirit with consciousness-based therapies that hold space for intuitive practices. Together, we’ll deepen your ability to guide clients from simply discussing their experiences to actively processing and healing through them. This work is about helping you grow as a clinician, staying grounded in what feels not just effective, but also authentic, true to your unique style and strengths.
Supervision sessions offer a supportive space for in-depth case review, where we’ll consult on client challenges, therapeutic approaches, and your specific goals for growth. Each session begins with a check-in to explore what’s happening for you, providing a safe environment to process your own reactions and responses as you work with clients. Together, we focus on developing your strengths as a therapist, including a grounded and empathic presence, self-awareness, authenticity, and confidence. We will also work to cultivate qualities that will help you intuitively gain trust in the client’s unique process.
We'll incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, addressing mind, body, and spirit to create a fully integrative approach in your practice. Ethical guidelines are emphasized throughout, and I am available to sign off on supervision hours as needed.

Why do we call our price list an investment instead of a cost? By definition, cost is just an expenditure of money, time, or resources while an investment is an expenditure that is sent out because it has the possibility of a return. We say investment instead of cost because you are not simply expending resources when you engage in psychotherapy, as you journey with your psychotherapist, you are investing in yourself, your health and wellbeing.
