Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that explores relational patterns within family systems, including dynamics that may be rooted in unresolved experiences or longstanding emotional patterns. Developed by Bert Hellinger, this method invites individuals to step back and observe their place within a broader family context, bringing awareness to unconscious loyalties, beliefs, and relational dynamics that may be influencing their lives.
Through this process, clients may develop a deeper understanding of how family experiences and relational patterns can shape current emotions, behaviours, and relationships. This work can support the exploration and release of patterns that feel limiting, allowing individuals to reconnect with their sense of self and cultivate more supportive ways of relating to themselves and others.
Family Constellations can support clients in:
gaining insight into recurring relational or emotional patterns
exploring the impact of family dynamics on present-day experiences
processing unresolved emotional material
developing a greater sense of clarity, connection, and internal alignment
In my practice, Family Constellations is integrated with other therapeutic approaches to support a holistic and individualized process. This integrative approach allows for both systemic and personal exploration, supporting clients in making sense of their experiences and identifying meaningful areas for change.

First time psychotherapy clients are asked to use the contact page to set up the initial session with a psychotherapist.
In-person session in Ottawa are not bookable online. Please reach out via email if you would like to discuss in-person sessions.
Each client may request a free initial consultation. This is not a psychotherapy session, but rather a chance to meet your psychotherapist and get a feel for how you can connect and work together along your healing journey.
During this consultation, we may discuss the fees and policies for your psychotherapy sessions as we decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Discovery Calls are done via phone or virtually, even if you are enquiring about in-person sessions in Ottawa.
Why do we call our price list an investment instead of a cost? By definition, cost is just an expenditure of money, time, or resources while an investment is an expenditure that is sent out because it has the possibility of a return. We say investment instead of cost because you are not simply expending resources when you engage in psychotherapy, as you journey with your psychotherapist, you are investing in yourself, your health and wellbeing.
