Psychotherapy is primarily a talk-based therapy used to help people improve and maintain their mental and emotional health and well-being. I work with individuals, couples and families in individual and group settings. Through the development of a therapeutic relationship, we work together to bring about positive change. This process mirrors and encourages the development of positive relationships with self, others and the larger community.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing
As we go through life, we have a range of experiences. Some get filed away in our memory, no problem, others stay at the front of our memory, leaving us disturbed and unsettled.
EMDR provides us the opportunity to file those memories without having to talk about them at length. It also helps us connect other experiences that have been impacted by those events that we may not think to connect in our conscious mind.
Using Eye Movement and Stream of Consciousness Awareness, EMDR can be a great option to process trauma and other negative experiences.
Spiritual counselling using Psychosynthesis, a psychotherapeutic modality that focuses on the empowerment of the True Self (aka. Wise Mind in psychotherapy). I work with clients to help them heal from troubling experiences and negative limiting beliefs, to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Through this transpersonal exploration, clients explore the various levels of consciousness and come to remember who they are and the path they are being called to walk. Through exploration of the Spiritual dimensions of the human experience, we take a journey into our True Selves, where our real power, the connectedness to all beings, is realized and embraced.
During Intuitive Life Coaching sessions, we explore limiting beliefs and blocks stopping you from moving forward. We all have dreams and goals, but sometimes we lack the direction or confidence to take the steps needed to go after them. Together, we explore and develop strategies to increase executive functioning skills that will help to define and refine your goals. Intuitive Life Coaching utilizes a combination of traditional life coaching, EFT/TFT to address blocks, therapeutic art style planning, and client-specific goal setting practices.
How often are we focused on the problem? Yet, as Einstein explained, you can never solve a problem by maintaining the same level of thinking that created the problem. As we change and refine our focus, we increase our vibration, thus changing ourselves, our direction, and our lives.
Psychotherapeutic Reiki combines Eastern energy medicine techniques with western psychotherapeutic practices. Combining energy field theory with talk therapy, we begin to work on the body-mind connection as it presents in session. Used in conjunction with the mindfulness principles of non-judgemental awareness and experiential acceptance of present moment events (both internal and external), we begin to journey together toward healing.
Reiki Healing Session
During a session, Reiki energy adjusts itself to your specific needs, balancing the mind, body & spirit.
Reiki Energy Medicine helps to remove blocks and increase energy flow through the various levels of the body. By improving the flow of energy around the body, one may experience relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Each client may request a free initial consultation. This is not a therapy session, but rather a chance to meet and get a feel for how we can connect and work together.
During this consultation, we may discuss the fees and policies as we decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Why do we call our price list an investment instead of a cost? By definition, cost is just an expenditure of money, time, or resources while an investment is an expenditure that is sent out because it has the possibility of a return. We say investment instead of cost because you are not simply expending resources, you are investing in yourself, your health and well-being.
