Counselling sessions are designed to help children navigate growing up. I work with children through one-on-one sessions and in groups to help them handle the ups and downs of life without getting down on themselves or giving up.

Therapeutic Art is a wonderfully powerful tool used to help unlock the power of your subconscious mind. Through the use of creativity and self-expression, you learn to tune into your intuition. By exploring your thoughts and feelings through the process of Therapeutic Art, you can release pain, reduce stress, process and heal emotional pain, find clarity and meaning, work on forgiveness, and experience joy, peace and harmony.
Spiritual counselling and coaching are about the empowerment of the True Self (aka. Wise Mind in psychotherapy). I work with clients to help them heal from troubling experiences and negative limiting beliefs, to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Through this exploration, clients remember who they are and the path they are being called to walk. Through Spiritual Life Coaching, we take a journey into our True Selves, where our real power, the connectedness to all beings, is realized and embraced.

Why do we call our price list an investment instead of a cost? By definition, cost is just an expenditure of money, time, or resources while an investment is an expenditure that is sent out because it has the possibility of a return. We say investment instead of cost because you are not simply expending resources, you are investing in yourself, your health and wellbeing.
