By combining therapeutic art, play therapy, and fun activities with yoga and brain gym exercises, children begin to feel grounded, calm and confident. Together, children learn to appropriately express their feelings, build confidence, and develop self-monitoring and self-regulation skills.
When we teach our children how to take charge of their feelings and make good decisions, the importance of respecting themselves and others, and how to set and reach goals, we are setting them up for success for the rest of their lives.
I also have a program through which I provide parents with effective strategies and knowledge. Together, we create a flexible and individualized support plans to help improve the quality of life for all in the home setting.

First time clients are asked to use the contact page to set up the initial session.
Each client may request a free initial consultation. This is not a therapy session, but rather a chance to meet and get a feel for how we can connect and work together.
During this consultation, we may discuss the fees and policies as we decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Why do we call our price list an investment instead of a cost? By definition, cost is just an expenditure of money, time, or resources while an investment is an expenditure that is sent out because it has the possibility of a return. We say investment instead of cost because you are not simply expending resources, you are investing in yourself, your health and wellbeing.
